the notice to the stainless steel perforated wire mesh in the later deep processing

Mar. 08, 2020

perforated wire mesh refers to punching different shapes of holes in the same material to meet different needs. It can be used for environmental noise control barriers in highways, railways, subways and other transportation and municipal facilities across urban areas, sound insulation panels for building walls, generator rooms, factory buildings, and other noise sources.

1. Transportation: When the product is being transported during processing, the transportation object should be used, and it should be clean and isolated to protect the stainless steel with dust, oil, and rust. It is strictly forbidden to drag on the platform or the ground, and bumps and scratches are strictly prohibited.

2. Welding: When the products are assembled, avoid forced assembly, especially flame-proof assembly. If there is a temporary plasma cutting during the assembly or manufacturing process, isolation measures shall be taken to avoid contamination of other stainless steel parts by cutting slag.

After cutting, the slag on the workpiece should be cleaned up. Before welding, the surface must be cleared of oil, rust, dust and other debris. When welding, try to use argon arc welding. When using manual arc welding, use small current and fast welding to avoid swinging. It is strictly forbidden to start the arc in the non-welded area. The ground wire is in a proper position and the connection is stable to avoid arc scratching. Anti-spatter measures should be taken during welding.

After welding, stainless steel flat shovel should be used to thoroughly clean up the slag and splash. In multi-layer welding, the slag between layers must be removed. During multi-layer welding, the temperature between layers should be controlled, and generally should not exceed 60 ° C. Weld joints should be ground, and there must be no slag, blowholes, undercuts, splashes, cracks, unmelted, or incomplete welds on the outside of the weld. The weld and the base metal should be smooth and not lower than the base metal.

3. Mechanical processing: The product should also pay attention to protection during mechanical processing such as turning and milling. After finishing the homework, clean up the oil, iron debris and other debris outside the workpiece. In the process of coiling and bending, effective measures shall be taken to avoid causing scratches and creases on the appearance of the punching net.

4. Shearing: When cutting, it should be isolated from the feeding bracket, and the falling hopper should also be covered with rubber pads to avoid scratching. After plasma cutting, the slag should be cleaned. When cutting in batches, the finished parts should be cleaned up in time to avoid the insult to the workpiece by cutting. When cutting the material, the clamp should be protected by rubber, and the oil and residue on the workpiece should be cleaned after cutting. www.bhfilter.com

5. Orthopedic: Flame orthopedic products should be avoided, especially repeated heating of the same area is not allowed. When orthopedic, try to use mechanical assembly or hammer with a wooden hammer or rubber pad. It is forbidden to hammer with a hammer to avoid damaging the punched mesh products.
